Bill and Marilyn Walters began the Brew Cellar in 1992 with their son Tim. They decided that Port Credit needed a large clean facility for custom beer and wine making. Beer is brewed in 48L batches, approximately 6 cases of 24- 341 ml. bottles. Find a brew you like and stick with it or feel free to experiment. For those who enjoy beer, the Brew Cellar has over a 100 recipes to choose from. Your price is about half of what you would pay at your local wine outlet. Wine is brewed in batches of 23L, approximately 30-750ml bottles. Our current offerings include Pure Concentrate, Juice and Concentrate mixes and the latest winemaking kits that ferment the juice with the grape skins, enhancing the wine's flavour. The Brew Cellar offers over a 100 varieties of wine. Award winning winemakers, Bill and Marilyn will help you select from the best beer and winemaking ingredients.
